Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about mobile testing, scheduling, and how VeriSure works. Don't see your question? Call 216-258-7707 — a real person answers.

Do you really come to our location?

Yes — mobile testing is what we do. A professional collector comes to your workplace, terminal, job site, or another agreed location anywhere in our Cleveland and Northeast Ohio service area.

What areas do you serve?

Our primary service area is greater Cleveland — including Parma, Euclid, Cuyahoga Falls, Medina, Hudson, and Akron. Our extended area covers much of Northeast Ohio, from Sandusky and Mansfield in the west to Youngstown, Ashtabula, and Conneaut in the east. See the service area map, or just call if you're not sure.

Do you offer after-hours, weekend, or emergency testing?

Yes. We offer flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and urgent requests — post-accident and reasonable-suspicion situations especially. Call and we'll tell you honestly how quickly we can respond.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Often, yes — same-day appointments are available when the schedule allows. Call 216-258-7707 and we'll do our best to fit you in.

What's the difference between DOT and non-DOT testing?

DOT testing is federally regulated testing for safety-sensitive employees (such as CDL drivers) and must follow federal collection procedures exactly. Non-DOT testing follows your company's own written policy and can be tailored to your workplace. We perform both — see DOT collections and non-DOT testing.

Who is required to have DOT testing?

Generally, employees in safety-sensitive roles regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation — for example, CDL drivers under FMCSA rules. The specifics depend on your operation, so confirm your program's requirements with your TPA, consortium, or compliance advisor. We're glad to help you think it through.

How do I schedule a test?

Call 216-258-7707 or email verisurecomplianceservices@gmail.com. Tell us who needs testing, the type of test (DOT or non-DOT, drug or alcohol), your location, and your timeframe — we'll take it from there.

Is testing confidential?

Yes. Collections are performed discreetly and professionally, and records and results are handled confidentially from start to finish.

What does the person being tested need to bring?

A valid photo ID is the main requirement. If an employer, TPA, or consortium ordered the test, any paperwork or authorization they provided helps too. We'll confirm anything else when you schedule.

Do you work with individuals, or only companies?

Both. We serve employers, fleets, and TPAs — and individuals who need a test for a job, a return-to-duty process, or personal reasons.

How much does testing cost?

Pricing depends on the type of test, the number of people, and the location. Call or email us and we'll give you a straightforward quote.
